Awesome Staff friendly and curtious! Dr.Haupt is awesome gives you all the information to make an informed deciscion. Has never caused me pain! I have always been afraid of the dentist but they have always put me at ease!!!

WOW i must say that i have never had such a great experience at any dentist office as i have with Morgan and Haupt Dentistry. If you are in need of a simple cleaning or major dental work ask for Emmy Garcia she is top notch!!! thank you for my wonderful smile!

This office is amazing. The staff is very professional and welcoming and the clinic is very clean and organized. I have never waited for more than 5 mins to be seen and the work they do is awesome. I had Dr. Haupt and he made sure even the details of my filling was perfect. I cannot say I have ever had a dentist care so much about his work. I love this place. I'm never leaving.

His staff did not even have the correct time for my appointment as given to me by QTC. I arrived 20 minutes early and could hear a man screaming in pain asking for someone to call his wife. This was unnerving. At 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I asked if there was a problem. Only then was I told that an emergency had come in. I was not told this when I checked in or watched every other patient who arrived after me taken back for services. The staff had No estimate of how long I would have to wait. This was at 5pm. The customer service was unprofessional at best. I left without seeing the doctor. I would avoid this clinic.

If you ever experience a dental problem while vacationing in Virginia Beach, I cannot recommend too highly Dr. Stephen Haupt. I got an appointment promptly, and in the most knowledgeable, reassuring, kind and conscientious manner he did exactly what was necessary to take care of the tooth so it would not ruin my vacation, and prepare it for the root canal work that would eventually have to be done. This took some considerable time and effort on his part, but he did it all on my initial visit, and his fee was quite reasonable. He got me back on my vacation with a minimum of stress. I consider myself quite lucky to have found him on Google maps.I am sure he would also be an excellent choice for permanent residents of the area who want a very good dentist. Dr. Haupt is a very pleasant young dentist who, besides having all the technical and medical expertise and being able to explain it all very well to me as a patient, makes the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. Even though I was from out of town, and unfamiliar with the area and local dentists, I did not think I could have done better than with Dr. Haupt.
