| “My husband and I have been going to Dr Mike Morgan for probably 35+ years, and followed him from another practice because he is so good. The office is well run, organized, and appointments are always on time. I cannot remember a time when I waited more than 5 minutes. I feel the office is very clean, and my hygienist Helen takes great care of my teeth, remembering my special requests, and Dona has been my husband’s wonderful hygienist. The fact that they have been here such a long time speaks volumes. With covid, they have lengthened appointment times to allow more cleaning of the area between patients, and they screen patients with temperature and questions, and give patients an antiseptic rinse to use before evaluation. I have NEVER felt that any procedure was recommended that wasn’t needed, and I once was able to call Dr Morgan on a weekend with a question, as well as call for a same day appointment when I had an urgency. Their receptionist Joyce is just lovely, calls to confirm appointments and has offered us sooner appointments when spaces open up. There are baskets with complimentary sanitizer, toothpaste etc and I feel that our dental health has remained so very good because of the fabulous care we receive from Dr Morgan and his wonderful team. In all the years I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cox, there’s been no pain and only a few times I’ve been uncomfortable. The dental assistants and hygienists are also caring and professional and are wonderful at suggesting ways to improve dental health. The billing staff helped me with a payment plan when money was tight so I didn’t have to skip a cleaning and also worked through some complicated insurance issues. Luckily, the dentist I go to is Dr. Mike Morgan and he doesn’t make fun of me for being a chicken and even lets me keep the heavy apron on that they use for x-rays. Wearing it makes me feel safe and makes it easier for me to stay still. Everyone in the office is patient and friendly and especially helpful with appointments and insurance formalities. Like many, I was in dental pain. I called and they promply got me in. Upon my arrival the girls at the desk were genuinely sweet and made me feel comfortable right away.
